I used Microsoft publisher to create this, which is a software I hadn't used before.

Overall, I am generally pleased with the outcome, I thought it was particularly similar to a real Daily Mail front cover with minor differences.
What would you do differently next time?
Next time, I would focus on the font of the main headline to ensure it looked accurate.
